Bakery Employment Opportunities

Working in the bakery department at Ettore’s allows you to become part of the best baking and pastry TEAM in the industry. Ettore’s uses only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world. Our techniques and quality demand the best out of every employee. Ettore’s is a scratch bakery and we take pride in the level at which we produce products.

If you excel in a high volume production environment, work well under pressure, follow recipes, have experience using production equipment such as large quart mixers, sheeters and deck ovens you are encouraged to apply. Please note: Ettore’s is in production 24 hours a day. You may be required to work a flexible schedule and weekends and you will be required to work holidays.

Baker
Previous experience with sheeted doughs, previous experience with proofing, able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for 8+ hours, highly organized, basic English language skills, work independently as well as part of a team, flexible schedule with mandatory overtime

Pastry Production
Ability to flat ice cakes, able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for 8+ hours, highly organized, basic English language skills, work independently as well as part of a team, flexible schedule with mandatory overtime
